Q: What happens if for some reason you get sick/ injured/ or have a family emergency resulting in not being able to be present on our wedding day? 



A: ONCE A SIGNED agreement AND THE RETAINER IS RECEIVED, YOUR DATE IS OFFICIALLY BOOKED. 


A: The final payment is due one week before your wedding date. 


A: In a worse case scenario situation like such, a substitute day-of coordinator will be offered by someone that is trusted and has the same abilities as Gillian. This policy will also be found in our agreement, if you decide to book.

Q: Can I add on more hours for wedding day coverage? 



A: Each package does include one assistant on the day of the wedding. extra assistants can be added at an additional cost. 

A: Absolutely! Gillian feels that it's not necessary for a one time bride to make one. Plus items are always being added after new scenarios arrise on a wedding day! The bag has you and your day covered. 


A: You sure can! Each package has 10 hours of wedding day coverage. If you feel that it would be better to have someone there longer, we can add hours by an hourly rate, à la carte style.
