With the Events By Gillian and Co. Day-of Coordination package, we are here as a resource from the beginning. Although you are doing all of the behind the scenes planning, we come together to make sure you have everything in place and thought out. Between the year to six months out mark, we will have our first details session. During this time, we will talk through your entire wedding day including locations, setup + decor, vendors, timeline, transportation + vendor schedules, event logistics, cleanup, etc. This is the master plan for your day that our team brings to life! We call it the guaranteed stress-free day. This package allows you, your family, your bridal party, and your guests to fully be in the moment. Enjoy it! 

The Partial Planning package is the best of both worlds! It covers the in between and overall help with finding the last few remaining vendors. This package includes everything that the Day-of Coordination package includes plus more of the "behind the scenes" planning! Maybe you have majority of your vendors booked but feel lost and don't know where to begin for a few of the remaining vendor categories. Let us share our knowledge and experience as we source the remaining vendors for you. With this package we will source vendors that align with your vision, style, and most importantly your specific BUDGET. The very first thing you'll do is go through an extensive questionnaire so we can get an overall picture of what you are going for. This will help us allocate your budget appropriately and get the planning started.

This package also includes style and design help. Do you have a Pinterest board or inspiration photos? Don't know where to begin when bringing these ideas to life? We will create a design guide that will include ideas for every aspect that you wish to make part of your day. This is done by analyzing your Pinterest board and/or inspiring photos, looking at your color palette, considering important elements and textures, and including the special aspects of your relationship. This guide will create initial ideas and options that will then be narrowed down to final ideas and plans. We will help you find the vendors that can make these ideas come to life.

Your wedding should feel like you, look like you, and be everything you want it to be (traditional or non- traditional)! 

Our Full Service Planning Package is the all inclusive package. This one is for the couple looking for start to finish help. Each couple has a different starting point which is why the price varies. We alter it to you (just like your wedding dress). You may be the couple that only has a date. Let us jump in! We will go through this entire process with you from start to finish. The very first thing you'll do is go through an extensive questionnaire so we can get an overall picture of what you are going for, the budget you have, and what you would like to make up your day. From here, we will get the ball rolling when it comes to finding the venue that fits in your budget, touring, and helping you say "yes" to the place. We then will lead you through selecting the rest of your vendors, creating the design and setup of your day.

all packages include up to 50 miles of travel each way. Venues that are out of the 50 mile radius will be charged a one time travel fee based on the location. this will be added on prior to contract signing. 

all packages include a wedding day assistant for 10 hours. additional hours can be added on at the time of contract signing or as we are approaching your wedding date. additional assistants can be added on as well.
